Update Week 7

Hi Guys,

Hope all is going well for everyone.

I think it is a stretch having us all register companies for our projects. But I understand that one way of learning is by doing. Luckily our group has managed another way of legalising the process by using Naomi's existing company and we are in the process of drawing up contracts which brings in the other members of our group into the company. We think the best way to do this is by having Naomi's company hire us to head this project.

One complication we are facing though is actually getting the various contracts signed by all involved in the project. As you may know, we are working on ads for E-teck and have now succeeded in setting up a meeting with them on Wednesday to finalise the goals of the project and what is expected of all involved. At this meeting we intend to speed up the process by getting them to sign some of the contracts we need and schedule a meeting with all those involved (eg. actors, additional crew, etc). It is only at that meeting would we be able to get the rest of the contracts signed.

Well that's were we're at. Getting there slowly but surely.
